Celebrity Chef Vishnu Manohar Invited By North England’s Marathi Association For Ganeshotsav

Famous for his Maharashtrian ‘tadka’ flavour, Maharashtra’s celebrity chef, Vishnu Manohar has been invited by the North West Marathi Association (NORWEMA) in England to be the chief guest for NORWEMA Ganeshostav 2024.  At the Ganeshostav, the Nagpur-based chef is likely to judge the grand modak-making competition. Fifty-six year old Manohar who was the official caterer for the G-20 Summit 2023 held in Nagpur has an impressive 18 world records under his belt. Some of them are: 7000 kg ‘Ram Halwa’ in Ayodhya, Largest Veg Kabab, Largest Paratha, Largest Puranpoli,  52-hour of Non-Stop Cooking Marathon,  7000 kg Misal,  5000 kg Khichadi, 3500 kg Baingan Bharta,  5000 kg Millets Upma, 6000 kg Organic Veg Subji and more. A TED X speaker, he runs a chain of restaurants called Vishnu Ji Ki Rasoi, Savoji, Mahak and Roti Shoti Aur Kabab. A popular YouTuber, Manohar has authored 52 cookery books besides writing a special one for the Government of Maharashtra titled Maharashtracha Khadya Sanskriti. On ETV, he ran a cookery show Mejwani Paripoorna Kitchen for 14 years.
